Earlier this year Video Contributor Seven Gavrielatos introduced his channel to ‘State of Mind’, founded by Catherine Laskine Balandina with his review of Open Mind, but it was in 2022 that Sr. Editor Karl Topham turned ÇaFleureBon on to this luxury French brand where art deco-meets modernity in an “olfactory tea room.”

State of Mind French Gallantry is composed by perfumer Karine Dubreuil-Sereni in collaboration with creative director Catherine Laskine-Balandina and is unique twist on the aromatic genre, The fragrance opens with a bright sparkling aura and dries down to a slightly smoky leather accord. As in all State of Mind fragrances, French Gallantry also is built around a tea note, here, black tea. State of Mind French Gallantry is composed with ingredients you might associate with a herb garden, such as sage, oregano, thyme, basil and an outstanding tomato leaf note.
