Manos Gerakinis SELENE (pronounced Se-lee-nee) is the newest fragrance from the first Greek luxury/niche perfume house. SELENE is named for the Greek mythological figure, the Ancient Greek Goddess of the moon. I was excited to learn that Christina Koutsoudaki, the Greek-born Senior Perfumer/Head of Fragrance Creation for VIORYL S.A. and Council Member at the British Society of Perfumers, (who I met at the World Perfumers Congress in 2022) worked in collaboration with Manos Gerakinis.
